The On Track program combines the strengths of our tutoring and peer navigator services to provide tailored support to students who need additional assistance. Our team of dedicated tutors and peer navigators work together to address academic barriers, boost student confidence, and foster a positive learning environment.
Services Offered
Tutoring Sessions
Students receive personalized tutoring sessions focused on their specific academic needs. Our tutors meet with students on designated days each week to provide targeted support in challenging subjects.
Peer Navigator Support
Peer navigators conduct weekly check-ins on students' grades and assignments to assess progress and identify any obstacles to academic success. They collaborate with tutors to ensure students receive the necessary resources and support to overcome challenges. In addtion, each peer navigator then remains in contact with each student's teachers to ensure that all obstacles are removed for the student and assist in submitting any assigments completed by the student during their tutoring sessions.
